Due to the nature of our products, we will not be able to accept returns for safety and hygiene reasons. However, if you have any concerns with what you purchased, please email us at melodieshandmadesoap@gmail.com and we will be happy to work with you to resolve the issue. Your satisfaction is our goal.

Exchange
If your order is damaged or if you receive incorrect goods, please contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange for an exchange within 14 days upon goods received date. Please provide us with a photograph of your products and we will inform you of the approval or rejection of replacement.

Refund
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order before it is dispatched. If you place an order and would like it cancelled before it is shipped we can arrange a refund.
